Radio Free Gowanus is a pop-up radio station broadcasting during the Gowanus Open Studios, every October.  RFG is now an occasional podcast, celebrating free culture, free speech, and the Gowanus arts community.

RFG broadcasted on FM band and online for ~35 hours straight during the Gowanus Open Studios 2014 and ~36 hours for GOS in 2015. Many people stopped by and told us their stories during that weekend. We are indebted to the wonderful community of Gowanus and Arts Gowanus for supporting the station.

RFG is now hosting sound art events in the area as _/// SONIC ARTS \\\_.  Our first event will take place July 14th, 2016 at Halyards Bar.
